Hi!

I recently purchased NORTON 360 3.0 and i am quite satisfied with the product! However i have enabled advanced firewall settings that enables me to allow/block when a program runs. However when i launch some products it constantly gives me the option to allow permanenty and block TEMPORARILY (i wanna block it permanent). How do i fix this? When i used Norton Internet Security i never had this weird options. However i have entered the program manually in norton 360 to always block it. But this does not affect the following dialog:

"The program tries to access the internet by using one or more modules that are not recognized". This dialogbox pop-up every time i launch the particular program and many others. Some i can block permanently but this one only give me the option to block temporarily....

Any thoughts?

My VPN client times aout when I triy to connect to my office.  If I disab;e the firewall it works. My company help desk told me which ports to open and I have doen that for this application, but I still can't connect.  What else do I need to do to get my VPN working?

I'll check this when I get home.  As I recall, I did all that (TCP and UDP, port numbers, both directions, etc.).
