When attempting to add a new entry in the new recipient template attached to one of my phone books the name and company enters with no problem but when I attempt to enter the phone number in the lower part of the template as soon as I tab down or click on the phone number field the program closes. Reopening or rebooting has no effect?
I Bought the program on line Dec 05' with the extended service plan and have a serial # but can't seem to come back to the appropriate web page to go further?
any one out there have any thoughts? Thanks

Unfortunately Symantec discontinued sales and support of WinFax on June 30, 2006.
What OS are you running this on? Anything newer than XP would not be a supported OS and may cause issues.

I noticed this same issue awhile ago. Haven't been able to save recipients for awhile & I use WinFax everyday. I'm running XP Professional. If there is no more support any suggestions on what I can do?
