Veritas initiatives to improve diversity and inclusion
Veritas strives to attract and fully engage diverse and talented individuals to contribute to company growth and put Veritas at the forefront of its industry. Diversity includes all the ways in which people differ, encompassing the different characteristics that make one individual or group different from another.

While diversity is often used in reference to race, ethnicity, and gender, Veritas embraces a broader definition of diversity which also includes age, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, education, marital status, language, and physical appearance. The Veritas definition also includes diversity of thought: ideas, perspectives, and values. Veritas’ goal is to build a work environment where all employees are valued for their differences and unique perspectives.

One example of this shared charge is the establishment of Employee Resource Groups, with more than 40 chapters across the company's global offices. Veritas ERGs promote a culture of diversity and inclusion while providing a forum for women and minorities to achieve their full potential and be empowered to succeed.
