How to use multiple NICs to backup on my NetBackup Appliance 5220?

Hi all,

    My nbu5220 used two ip address,one nic set to 10.20.40.123 connected to the 10.20.40.120/29 network, and one nic set to 10.20.100.236 connected to the 10.20.100.0/24 network,i want to backup all clients,how should i set it,thank you!

the question is how it will appear in the master.

you should be able to configure an alias in the emm that would say 10.20.40.123 in the same as 10.20.100.236.

then on the clients on the 10.20.40.x network you use SERVER = 10.20.40.123 (or dns name)

and on clients on 10.20.100.x  use SERVER = 10.20.100.236 in bp.conf

Why don't you bond your multiple NICs instead of two IP?
