New Hardware enablement in Clustered Storage Pool

Hello,

 

I am installing ("trying to install" I should say) a new clustered Puredisk Storage Pool.

I use NetApp disk array (FAS3160) which is recognized with SF 5.0. Since it is Puredisk is not installed I cannot upgrade to PureDisk 6.6.1 so I am still with SF4.1MP4 (which come with Puredisk 6.6).

So I cannot continue with the "Install Storage Pool Wizard" : My NetApp LUNs are recognize as "External Storage" not as "Shared Storage". I guess this behaviour is expected since I am still runing SF4.1MP4.

 

Could anyone help ?

I think this one sounds like you should really log a case to Symantec else risk losing data.
