Hi
I have a couple of questions you guys might be able to assist with re; DR backup and Export
Does the PureDisk DR backup, backup Exchange and SQL database? (I would assume so due to it backing up the de-duped data)
Can you Export Exchange and SQL?
Can you Export Clients with a Data Lock Password?
Also, Can you replicate Exchange And SQL and Clients with a data lock password.
If you can assist with any questions, please let me know.
Thanks

Jazzy, I believe when we say "DR backup" we mean backing up the PureDisk itself.
A "DR backup" is not for clients/agents - SQL/Exchange - we just do normal PureDisk backup for those.
To your other questions, as the PureDisk Admin Guide manual says,
1. export exchange and sql
I guess you mean export the Exchange backup and SQL backup to NetBackup.
Answer is no - you can only export files and folders type of dataselection to NetBackup.
2. export DS with Data Lock password
No.
3. replicate SQL/Exchange with Data Lock password
Yes.
Replication is not subject to DS type, so SQL/Exchange is fine.
Data Lock password is only for restore (and NetBackup export is in fact simply a restore) so shouldn't affect replication.
