7.6 support of ESXi 6 and windows 2012r2

Hello,

I don't remember where I got this information from, but from my understanding netbackup 7.7 now supports for esxi 6 and windows server 2012r2, and all versions prior to 7.7 do not.

This left me a little puzzled as we have installed netbackup 7.6 and our environment consists of many windows 2012r2 servers and all of our esxi servers are version 6- and everything seems to work fine (at least the majority of it).

Is this true?

Windows 2012R2 client support started with NetBackup 7.5.0.6; NetBackup server with 7.6.0.3

VDDK 6 support starts with NetBackup 7.7

Please upgrade to 7.7.x as all versions up to 7.6.x will reach EOSL beginning of next year.
