Could anyone give the steps to convert the NB master server from AIX to Windows?

Step 1:  Contact Symantec Professional Services.

Step 2:  Follow their instructions.

A Unix to Widows conversion has to be the most complicated move you can make.

Hi Team,

I contacted Symantec for the migration. Cost involed in the process. That is not feasilble in our setup. Can anyone suggest a alternate method.

Client involed: 5 Catalog size : 30 GB. Policy: 5

What are your criteria for success? If you just want backups going forwards, stand up your new environment and configure/test, stop backing up from the old environment, and start backing up with the new one. If you want to restore old backups, it gets complicated, and is why Symantec Professional services needs to be involved in these.
