It's not in the database and agent list dated today:
https://download.veritas.com/resources/content/live/OSVC/100046000/100046611/en_US/nbu_80_db_scl.htm...
and we had to update Exchange 2016 to CU19 today due to the zero day exploit.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Exchange 2016 CU19 is now listed as supported from NetBackup 8.1.1 forward, according to the Compatibility List linked at the head of this thread.

Hi @sclind
I suggest you push back through your account team - it may help.
From what I can see the work is in progress with it due by the end of March (the update was released Dec 20 2020, and there is a intention to provide support within 90 days of a release - not exactly an SLA, but an intention).

with this exploit being patched all over the world today customers are going to want to know soon:

I am unable to comment further on when the planned CU19 support will come, but could you not upgrade to CU18 (which also has an emergency patch from MS) which is supported by NetBackup?

...unfortunately that was out of my hands.

Yes - I know that problem all too well.
Look it may well work without any changes required. The process internally is first qualification and then coding if something is required to make it work.
Let the list know how it does go if you don't mind.
Thanks

My guess is that support will be introduced for version 9.
Best to keep an eye out for updates to that compatibility list as well.

For Veritas Support engineers, this question was asked last week on Teams and the Proliferations email distribution list. There's an internal link in both places that you can follow to track the progress and completion. For external people, updating the Compatibility List is always part of a proliferation task, so you'll know as soon as we do when the task is complete.
I suggest customers try CU19 on a test server in advance of Veritas support.

I am still seeing a Mar 3rd document but maybe you see something internally quicker than I do. So thank you!

It seems that the pdf copy has not been updated yet, but the online version was updated on March 12:
