I'm getting the following messages in my event logs on one of my media servers. It seems to only be informational but its eating up log space like crazy, this message comes out around 20 times a minute. Is there a way to turn it off?

Event Type:Information
Event Source:NetBackup AVR Daemon

Event ID:0
Date:7/18/2006
Time:1:45:27 PM
User:N/A
Computer:Server1
Description:

Hi Shawn
The AVR daemon is scanning for the drives and hence its showing the output in the event viewer logs. If you could turn the logging levels and the verbosity levels i guess it should work.

i believe there's a touch file avrd_debug in the volmgr directory that when present logs events in the app log. just rename that file and see if the logs stop.
