boot servers that role does architecture, for example, if active in politics for Bare Metal Recovery server is Windows, you should have a boot servers to be the highest level of operating system?

PLEASE start a new thread for each of your questions.
The answer to this question is YES for Unix OS. For Windows you need 32-bit BS for 32-bit clients and 64-bit for those clients (you can even have W2003 BS for W2008 clients) - please see BMR Admin Guide: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH127064

By the way - W2008 BMR client and Boot Server is supported as from NBU 7.0.1.
