Hello All,
Backup of one client stucks at begin writing but byte count is not increasing, it remains stuck forever.
10/15/2014 20:37:17 - Info bptm (pid=31784) start

This can happen when there is a large number of files (millions) that must be checked to see which ones need to be backed up. How many files are in the filesystem of this backup?

Server is having some hardware issues as confirmed bt OS team.
