Hello Folks! I need some help!
I have a problem in my Netbackup environment.
The backup is not completed in a client, because just stay on status "Connection timeout is <300> seconds". No change from this status.

Now that the job has finished there should be NO dbbackup.exe processes running. IF there are then kill them.

There seems to be problem with 3 of the databases. Backup of 8 databases was successful:
16/01/2014 18:05:16 - Info dbclient(pid=3288) <8> operations succeeded. <3> operations failed.
16/01/2014 18:05:16 - Info dbclient(pid=3288) INF - The following object(s) were not backed up successfully.

16/01/2014 18:05:16 - Info dbclient(pid=3288) INF - master
Please ask SQL dba to check these 3 databases.
Ask dba to test a SQL backup to local disk of these db's.
Also check the SQL ERROR log for problems/issues on SQL side.

Ok! I'll ask the DBA to be checking!
Tks!

@marianne-van-den-berg
I talk to the DBA and was tested the backup from server sql and was done.
Now, I start the backup from NBU, so it takes several minutes to start!
Like 55 minutes elapsed but anything was backped. Just show "Connection timeout is <900> seconds."
I wait!

Check Event Viewer Application logs, NBU dbclient and user_ops logs and SQL VDI and ERRORLOG.
