Backup job query from remote server

I'm trying to issue a "bperror" query from a Solaris NetBackup server against a Windows NetBackup server, and I'm getting an error "operation requested by an invalid server". I tried to find the bp.conf file on the Windows side to add the Solaris machine to it, but a search of C: turned up no results. How do I convince my Windows server to let the Solaris server run a "bperror" report against it?
