Can NetBackup 7.5 for SharePoint Server do this?

Hello, beginner here. I've checked the Admin Guide but didn't find what I'm looking for. I need to know if 7.5 can backup these 3 situations:

1. Customizations not deployed as solution packages.

2. Changes to web.config not made by using Central Admin or an API.

3. IIS configurations not set thru SharePoint.

Any help is much appreciated!

I'm not familiar with SharePoint, but I think 1. and 2. can be backed up as file backups. Customizations made in form of file modification are usually not backed up by Application agent, but can be backuped up in separate file backup pplicy.

IIS database will be included in System State or ShadowCopy Components directive. If you can evaluate, please try to configure file backup policy that backs up ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES, adding to MS_SharePoint policy.
