Client Server is hung

Hi,

We have netbackup 6.0.

Issue :- During the backup time one server getting hang.i need to restart the server manually then the backup is working. Anybody tell me what cuold be the problem.

So let me see if I understand your question,...

You have a client that hangs whenever a backup is attempted.  You have to reboot the client in order to complete a successful backup?  Hmmmm Can you offer any more detail?  Are you getting an netbackup error?  What kind of servers do you have for your master & client?

We are using netbackup 6.0 MP4 and Master server windows 2003 EE and client also same ............I am getting Error 41.
