Cumulative Incrmental Backup Fails with status code 13

Hi All,
 
Full backup for one of our windows 2k3 clients completed successfully where in the cumulative incremental for the same client fails with status code 13. Master server&Client are with 5.1Mp6 .

I know your subject line complains of an exit status 13 but the log shows an exit status 14 so check the 14 out first and if that doesn't help then progress to the exit status 13

Hi all,
 
I had this error status code 13 several times - with and without the status code 14 in the logs - and simply the solution was the upgrade of the clients NIC drivers. I think this should be tried before going in depth with other workarounds.

Yes it did work after upgrading the NIC card driver for this particular client.
 
but I wonder I had the same issue with another client and it did not work at that time.
