Destination client is disabled while specifying Netbackup machine type and policy

Hi,
  While doing restoration on alternate client i am not able to specify destination client in Specify netbackup machine type and policy.
 
Can you please help me in figuring out whats the issue.
No.Restriction file is present in  db\alnames folder

Most of the times it happens while using Java Console. Make sure server name you are using is the server name specified in very first entry of your master server's bp.conf file.
