EEB installed on a client

Hi,

I just installed an EEB patch on one of our servers and I'm seeing this in the versioninfo.

======= x:\NTApps\veritas\netbackup\bin\dcr.dll =======
@(#) PD_16.0001.0024.0429_EEB19_PET4078687_SET4078688

Usually I only see this pattern when EEB is installed so just want to check what does PD_16.0001.0024.0429 is?

======= x:\NTApps\veritas\netbackup\bin\libdiscsrv.dll =======
@(#) NetBackup_10.0.0.1_EEB1_PET4085101_SET4085093

Hi @aning

PD_16.... refers to PureDisk version 16 (which was associated with NetBackup 10.0 - which is good as the other EEB displayed also shows this NetBackup version). If you run a "rpm -qa | grep VRTS" you will see NetBackup packages with version 10.0.0.1 and some PureDisk related ones with version 16.0.x (VRTSpddes, VRTSpddea, VRTSpddeu)

Cheers
David
