Hi everyone,

I am getting the following error, as i am new in this enivornment, please help.

Backup is failing with:-

I am getting the error:-

Please give us more info -
NBU version on master, client, media server?
OS on all components?
Background of this particular job -
It seems you are backing up a media server?
To its own or another storage unit?
The STU name looks like it's a an Appliance. Is that correct?

What is being backed up?
Are other jobs also failing to this STU or just this one?

Important to follow the backup process through the logs:
On the media server:
bpbrm (this is the bptm parent process)
bptm

On the client (whether it is media server or different client):
bpbkar

Please copy logs to .txt files (e.g. bptm.txt) and upload here.
