I have problem while performing media label in Netbackup media server at branch office,
The message indicates that media write error, detail error message as follow:
10/28/2009 9:11:31 AM - Error bplabel(pid=2492) error occurred verifying label
10/28/2009 9:11:32 AM - end Label; elapsed time: 00:02:01
media write error(84)
FYI: My Netbackup version is 6.5.4, at branch office I use LTO4 cartridge and single drive backup device. Below some task has been done in my Netbackup media server
- When perform media label from Netbackup GUI, I uncheck verify media label before performing operation
- I also use net backup command: bplabel -m day01 -d HCART -o -host server01 -p volume01
I have replace tape cartridge and backup drive with the new one, but the error still exists.
I have no problem when performing media label in other media server (I have 7 media server separated in braches office).
Any idea to solve this case is highly appreciated. Thank you
