Hi Forum,

Need to configure tape backup for Exchange 2013 Clients.

Backup infra is on Solaris 10 with NBU 7.5.0.6.

Do i have to use Microsoft Information Store in Backup selection along with the DAG....???

yes, you can use the Microsoft Information Store in backup selection with the DAG name as client name in the policy.

do remember all netbackup master , media & client should be in 7.5.0.6

and also GRT is not supported for exchage 2013 with 7.5.0.6 version.. only you can make DB backups..

Two different ways of specifying Backup Selection depending on whether it is standalone Exchange server or DAG.
