FTP Backup Norton Ghost Can't

Hello

Using norton ghost 14 on XP SP3

Local backups to USB disc fine.

Can't backup to my ftp account.

Can connect to ftp account using command line and windows explorer.

Norton ghost can't get a handle on this. I've enabled norton console to be allowed through my firewall (windows firewall)

I also tried mapping my ftp server as a network drive in windows, when selecting it using the browse button it tells me to select another folder.

I've tried various combinations:
ftp://[myhost]
ftp://[myhost]:21/<bkdir>
etc..

Why can't it connect to an ftp server.

The only weird thing about my server is that my user name is user@host.com

I've googled but no dice, so someone help me else i'm jumping ship!

While users here may have experience with Ghost the following link would probably be of more help.

I just checked and  this is where you need to submit your question
