Failures Older than 3 Days

I'm using the following command to list backup failures during a certian period. But I can see ONLY the errors that occured during last three days like the GUI shows

/usr/local/bin/pbrun /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bperror -d 03/5/2012 16:00:00 -e 03/7/2012 17:00:00 -t backstat -U

is there a command to show errors that happend before three days ?

Thanks, Sara

Did you try changing the date ?

What happens if you just run bperror -U - how many days does that show.

For first use "-all" option instead of "-t backstat".
"-t backstat" option shows backup result only. If you can get log records with "-all" option, it is just because of no backups in specified period.

Also check 'Keep Error/Debug Logs' value using following command.

# /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpconfig -U

bperror shows log entry as far as it is kept. Log is kept for 28 days by default.
If you can not get any info with "-all" option, log period may be too short.
