Hi, TapeAlerts 0x3a, 0x32 and 0x27

Hello, me again with the error of the cartridges in frozen state. By chance someone had the same problem, after upgrading the firmware T10000B drive and then update the driver of the HBA?
The NetBackup version is 6.5.4 and basically they give are the TapeAlert 0x3a, 0x32 and 0x27.

Everyone focused on getting you to log a call with Sun/STK.  Did they ever come out to diagnose this problem?
