How to import img file to Netbackup

Hello People
I try to import a img file from a disk to a Netbackup.

I duplicated a image to disk. This process create a file called nameserver_123456789.img and other .info file

How can I import that image (The .img file ) to netbackup again?

I receive error on the phase 1
Here the Detailed Status

Have you met this requirement?
In order to import disk based images, the images that were written to a disk storage unit must be present on the server.

Please list the steps that you've taken that lead to the error.
What is the path name that you specified in the Initialize Import screen?

Ok
I go to CATALOG
Actions
select Initiate Import
Select Media Server = My MASTER SERVER (Here I have my .img files)
Image Type = Disk
Disk Type = Basic Disk
Path = D:\Disk_Backup\servername_1263935327_C2_F1_R1.1263935327.img

And click ok

Then I see the Import Image job with status 12

One more detail:
I storage the img files on my master server but the backup is from another client. I dont know if this affect on the process.

OK The Import was successfully completed(0)
But when I try the second pahse (search for the image in catalog windows)
Action = Import
Disk Types = Basic Disk
Media Server = Master Server
Path = D:\Disk_Backup
Date = 1/19/2010 and 1/20/2010 and SEARCH for All Clients, Copies, Policies
On SEARCH i receive the followinf message on a popup windows:

INF - Found no images matching the selection criteria that were ready for phase 2 import

use the Date from the original backup not the copy to your Master server

When in doubt I go back a year: 
Date = 1/19/2009 and 1/20/2010

I just use the Verify option and appear the image. The reasons why don't appear on IMPORT option its because the image are not expired.
