Hi,
After install of MP5 (NB6.0) I can only add media one by one, I got "invalid media id for naming mode (41)", this have never been a problem before MP5, I use 0 characters and 6 digit as I allways have. Any one seen this before?

Looks like I´m the only one with this problem.
Had to install 30 tapes today, hell of a job doing one by one.
This started after installing 6.0 MP5 (no problem with MP4)

Are these tapes in a robot?  Density?  I have seen invalid media IDs before...Had to move them to stand alone and then re-inventory the robot?

Hi,
Yes, I have 2 robots, STK L700 and I have 9840C drives half inch catridge. Same problem with both robots.
To me it´s strange that this happend, since it worked all the time from 4.5 and up to 6.0 MP4.
I have called Symantec, but my support contract is too old, the problem is that my reseller have´nt giving me the new support contract, but it paid for and so on, seems to be some admin problem.

Hi,
To inform you all, as I stated before, this problem came with 6.0 MP5, after reading what MP6 should correct, I found this problem on the list, so I installed MP6 an all was ok.
