Mailbox restore fails with invalid error number(2826)

Hi,

When we trying to restore the mailbox database, but i am getting this error.

Can please help me on this

Which NBU version? Exchange version and OS?

Have you verified all requirements for mailbox restore?
e.g. The destination mailbox must exist to successfully restore a mailbox.

Please share more info about the actual restore job - mailbox? mail item? restore destination?

Before you attempt another restore, please ensure that all of these logs exist:

On master: bprd (restart NBU after creating this log)
On media server: bpbrm and bptm
On client (Exchange server) : tar

Try the restore again. If it fails again, rename logs to match process name and post them as attachments.

Hi Swapna,

Can you please both master & client version are same. I believe this problem becoz of version mismatch.

I am getting same error 2826 while restoring on Linux client .It is dispalying the error
