Media import Error 85 I/O read error

I have LKM switch at location A and DECRU switch in location B. Backup is taken at location A and I need to restore in location B. Is there any way that I could import and perform the restoration. I have another location C, where I am getting 85 error while import eventhough I have LKM switch at location C. Please suggest. Thanks in advance

Please post bptm log on media server giving the status 85 error.

Please also mention NBU version and OS on media server.

Do locations A, B and C have separate master servers?

This issue has been resolved by updating the same key at both the locations where having same switch.
