Media server behind firewall

We have 6.5.1 solaris master server and mixed environment media/san-media servers , None of them are behind the firewall, we are setting up new media server which is behind firewall , which ports do we have to open , we have configred 1 robot and 4 drives all of them are visible , robot control host is master server

Hi Amit,

   You have to open 3 deamon ports ie bpcd, bprd and voiped

bpcd from  Client to Server

bprd from Server  to Client

voiped from Server to Client
