NBU licending

Hi all,

I tried to figure out how many clients I'm allowed to install until I have to get an additional license key. But all I found is what keys are installed and that I have already once installed a license for additional clients. Is there a possibility to figure out how many licenses for clients are left on the system or do I have to check my last license key order ?

Thx,
daniel

Unofficially you can run as many clients as your setup will support. At this time the Software will not limit you.

Just to make things work, you need only one licenses for all client related activites installed on your master server. Legally, you are responsible for tracking it and with current version of NBU there is no way to keep track, except the manual work (count clients/DB policices/Advance client policies etc). I know Symantec is working on a new product SLIM, to do this kind of job and they have bundled it with NBU 6.5 but at this time I am not sure if it is really doing what you are looking for or not.
