NDMP Restore completes but has 0KB files

Hi,

I'm trying to do a restore from a NDMP Restore. The restore job completes but has restored some of the files which were shown in GB as 0KB. The original size of job should be around 50 GB but it is restoring only 15 GB.

NetBackup version 7.1

NDMP -  NetApp Filer 8.1

We're not restoring to the root volume.

We are unable to restore certain files.

It doesn't support restoring from 8.1 Filer to a lower version. We have only one 8.1 filer.

Disabled/Enabled DAR with no luck.

Yes we do have contacted NetApp, they couldn't find any problem.

I had checked that link earlier and it appears to be for 7.3 and earlier. The version we're talking about is for 8.1

So 15GB of files can be restored, but not the remaining 35GB?

Enable ndmpagent logs to check if there is any error during the restore. Find out if the access to the restore directory has been changed.
