Hi,
I've setup netbackup in my lab environment for the presales folks to do demo. NFR license was given to me during the setup and it's already expired.
I've talk to my product manager about it and she ask me to get it renew or so, so that the presales folks can use it next week. I am not sure where to channel my request and what info do I need to prepare for the request.
I hope someone can assist me to get it done or point me to the right direction.

This is not an NFR license; it is a demo license. Demos are expiring in 1 or 2 months, but NFR does not have an expiration date.
You have to contact Veritas presales to get another demo license to do your work and later check for an NFR license.

@din_ibrahim This community is driven by end users , but the platform is driven by Veritas.
All requests for licenses should be take with VERITAS directly or thru a reseller. We as end users can't help.
