i have got NOM6.0MP5 to monitor 3 master servers in different sites. one is with NB6.0 MP5 & the other 2 with NB6.0 MP4.
 
i was able to manage the MP5 server; but the other MP4 master servers are displaying as "Partially Online" with "Job Monitor", "Log Monitor" & "Service Monitor" displaying the status-down.
 
My question is that - whether we need to have all the master servers in same MP ver. as NOM MP?
 
All the servers are in Win.2003. & Netbackup 6.0

Yes, you will have to upgrade all of the Master servers to MP5.  I went through this problem a month ago.
