I am using Netbackup 6.0 MP5.
I am trying to create a disk storage staging unit.
In Storage units I right click in the GUI and select new
I give the storage unit a name
I change the type to disk with the disk type set to basic disk, I select the media server to be the host where I wish the file to write to
I enter a path e:\Staging
I tick the Enable Temporary staging schedule area box and click on the staging schedule set the required options or none it doesn't seem to matter.
When I then click ok it gives me a dialogue which reads The storage unit, bu-stage could not be added, status: 11 system call failed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
