Need a email notification for a single client along with the timings?

How to get a email notification for a single client along with elapesed time,start and end time?

Master server: AIX:7.0.1

Client:Windows

If it is possible only through scripting can any one help me here?

OpsCenter report is the way to go. 

Reports > Report Templates > Backup > Tabular Backup Report > Edit Report

Client Name =

Add/remove columns

Next > Save

then set up a schedule to send email

Reports > Schedules > Report Schedules > Add
