Hi,

I have Linux master and media server access, i dont have access to widows clients, getting bpbkar and bpcd logs verified is time consuming.

Query is

Is there any possible way to get the client logs (bpbkar and bpcd) from master server itself...any commands?

like bpgetconfig? and also want to know that logs folder is created or not?

Please share you ideas.

REgards,

Chan

You can try bpgetdebuglog command.

It will not create log folders, meaning you need to check with server owers that log folders are created.

Extract from Commands manual:

bpgetdebuglog remote_machine [remote_program mmddyy]

OPTIONS
remote_machine  Name of the remote server.
remote_program   Name of the debug log directory on the remote server.
mmddyy    The day stamp that is used to identify the log file (log.mmddyy for UNIX and Linux, mmddyy.log for Windows) to be read.

EXAMPLE
# bpgetdebuglog peony bpcd 071207
