NetBackup BMR error - The restore has stopped due to the following error:Failed to create partition

I get the error "The restore has stopped due to the following error:Failed to create partition" when attempting to restore a server using BMR.

I've confirmed that the drive is not GPT.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Was the disk mapping correctly done before you do Prepare to Restore ? Would you be able to share us "bmrrst" log from Master server?

Also provide:

master OS and NBU version

boot server OS and NBU version:

Client os and NBU version

Hi,

Wasn't aware disk mapping needed to be done before. I will work on sending the "bmrrst" log from Master server

 

master OS and NBU version - OS SuSE Linux 11 with v2.6.1.1 applicance software NBU Version 7.6.1.1

boot server OS and NBU version: OS Server 2012 NBU Version 7.6.1.1

Client os and NBU version: OS server 2008 NBU Version 7.6.1.1

Is this  a Self Restore / DSR / DSSR ?
