NetBackup cluster service group is in PARTIAL status

Hi,

We have a Solaris9, master server with NB5.1 MP4. This master also in cluster.

primary name is bp.conf file as  : cscclnrtw001

failover nodes are : cscsrvrtw003/cscsrvrtw004.

Most of the time, I'm seeing the netbackup service group always in PARTIAL status even after failover.

Today 003, is the active node.

Backups running fine, but can anyone give me an idea why always this service group in PARTIAL. What are the problems we will face.

Got the resolution, snmp service is disabled because we are getting huge number of alerts.

Due to that reason cluster always in Partial mode, backups will not effect even it is in Partial mode.
