Netbackup 6.0 - Slow catarc

Has anyone had problems with bpcatarc being significantly slower on 6.0 than 5.1? I have turned logging up quite a bit but can't seem to identify the bottleneck. Our catalog is somewhat large at 160GB with 6000 active volumes.
