You are trying to verify backups done to this media id between 20 and 25 August 2014, but you are showing us another screenshot of backup done to this tape on 24 October 2014.

If old backups (from August) have expired, and tape was used again last weekend, it means that the tape was overwritten and you can therefore no longer import old backups written previously on this tape.

To confirm, open cmd on the master server, cd to <install-path>\veritas\netbackup\bin\admincmd and run this command:

nbemmcmd -listmedia -mediaid <media-id>

Please copy the text in the output and post it here (copy text rather that screenshot).

Important to understand that correct retentions should be selected in Policy schedules to ensure business restore/recovery needs are met.
Once all images on tape have expired and the media is in the library, it is available to be overwritten.
Once overwritten, all previous data on tape is lost.

If you have imported tape successfully with phase 1 and 2, then you need to use Backup Archive and Restore GUI (BAR).

I have posted the link to the BAR guide in your previous post.

NetBackup does not index backed up files by media id.
Backups are indexed by Client and backup date.

So, you need to know the Client name(s) that you need to restore and type of backup (MS-Windows, Standard, etc) and date of backup.

In BAR GUI, you will select or type in the Client name in Source Client field. You can select/type same or different client name as Destination client.
Spelling must match Client name in Policy EXACTLY.
client1 != Client1 != client1.fqdn

Next, select policy type.
The master server will now search for valid backups.

If you cannot find the backups you are looking for, you can go to Reports section in the Admin Console and run Images on Media report for the tape that you have imported.
Save the report as a text file and post here as File attachment.

We should be able to assist based on what we see in the report.
