Netbackup Data Centre 4.5FP6 - duplication fails after two hours

Hi All,

I am using Netbackup Data Centre 4.5FP6 with vault option. All the duplication works fine until recently all the duplication that takes more than 2hours will fail.

I am doing a tape to tape duplication. And the error message from the GUI is as below.

Error bpduplicate (pid=10356) socket read failed: errno = 145 - Connection timed out

Error bptm (pid=10392) system call failed - Connection time out (at child.c.1098)

Error bptm (pid=10392) unable to perform read on client socket, connection may have been broken

Is the image trying to span to a second tape?

Is there any way i can check if my image span across another media?

You can run the "Images on Media" report
