i purchased the course to fill in the blanks in my NBU knowledge since I'm planning on writing the certification exam later this year. So far it looks okay but I've only done the very first intro session.
Symantec makes it really, really hard to buy though. It took me at least a couple of weeks before I was finally able to start the course. Imagine buying a training course and eventually getting a serial number like a software product which you're supposed to be able to use as a coupon when you buy the course online and you'll start to wonder who the heck put this system together.
