Which OS on SAN Media Server : us*****5?

Is SAN Media Server also the robot control host?

Have you enabled volmgr debug logs on robot control host?
The 1st log should probably be robot.

Is your robot inventory up to date?

I saw similar error when tapes were moved in/out in robot and no vmupdate was run on NBU end. So please robot inventory in first place - check if it will discover any changes if so retry the job. If not - as Marianne said - enable verbose logging.
