Phase two completed but I cannot restore

I've got one single tape imported sucessfuly however when I close NetBackup Administrator and open Backup, Archive, and Restore app all I get is the same error message "WARNING: server (servername) does not contain any backups for client (servname) using the specified policy type (MS-WINDOWS-NT) as requested by client (servername)

 

 Below  are the messages I got after importing one of the tapes.

Activity Monitor

8/22/2008 12:15:17 PM - end Import; elapsed time: 02:43:56
the requested operation was successfully completed(0)

 

Catalog
12:15:16 INF - Imported 1 of 1 images successfully.

 

I can see that there is only one file there on the drive from the details of the import log and it went thru ok however I cannot seem to get that file out of there! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you are using the correct client name. Short name Vs long name.  You should use the same name what you had used for backup.


Also, make sure date/time range is set correctly.

Make sure policy type you have selected to browse the backup images matches to policy type used for backup.
