Hello,
Incrmental back is the type of backup that you can select in the Policy ---> schedules tab.
just got to GUI--> Policy---> Create New policy.
while adding the schedule to the policy do select the type of backup is
Differental incrmental
or
Cumulative incrmental backup
NOTE:-
Just having the only one Incrmental schedule in the policy does not help you .. and it will not work as a Incrmental .
if the policy does not have the Full backup schedule.. all the Incrmental schedules work as a Full backup.
so do make sure you have one Full backup schedule in the policy when creating the Incmental schedule.

Hi Bls1987
You really should start studying the Netbackup Manuals. Defining policy and schedules is the corner stone of a Netbackup installation. If you don't know how policy and schedules work you can't protect data.
See http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5138
Configuring a schedules would be page 580 in the Netbackup Administrative guide Vol 1 for windows.
