We have Netbackup 5.1 on Windows 2000 platform
hi,

when I try oracle hotbackup I get the message below:
By the way when I initiate oracle hot backup on client side it works.But Master server side we get the message below:

Did you allow to connect target DB via Oracle Net Service(Listener) with SYSDBA privilege? I found similar case in knowledge base. Try to change remote_login_passwordfile parameter to exclusive.

I'm not familiar with Oracle DB.
