RMAN Backup Problem

Dear All,
 
I am having Master Server on Solaris with 5.1MP6 & Three Media Server with same version.
 
I am facing problem in RMAN Backup where client version is also 5.1MP6 .
 
When I am firing that Perticular RMAN Backup it is getting start and all chanel completing successfully but Main stream failing with error code 6. Kindly suggest what to do.

As Bob says, increase Client_Read_Timeout on the client that is hosting the Oracle database, but also on all of the media servers that could be used by the client (usually it's best to increase on all media servers anyway - to save you having the same problem again in the future if/when you move the client to a different storage unit or group or in case NetBackup decides to use a different media server in the storage unit group).

Hi ,
 
Still I am facing same problem. Still RMAN Backup failing with 6 & 25 code. All chanels are completing successfully but only main stream failing with 6 or 25. I am unable to understand what to do. Kindly suggest.
