But still failing after running successfully for few days.

I would check what an error 10 is and see if I could find the failing fileset in bplist

As always when troubleshooting database backups/restore I would create bphdb and dbclient log directories on the client. Be aware that dbclient needs 777 permission on Unix

A thing I have making a validation/restore fail, is difference in time on the client and master

The standard questions: Have you checked: 1) What has changed. 2) The manual 3) If there are any tech notes or VOX posts regarding the issue

Please tell us the whole story...

Are you restoring to the same or alternate client?

Same NBU and Oracle version?

Is this client also a media server? (Doing own restore?)

Can we see the entire RMAN output file?

More info about what exactly has been  'running successfully for few days'?

Did you remember to create dbclient log folder (with 777 permissions) before restore was started?
Does bprd log folder exist on the master server?
Please post logs as File attachments.

TECH76719 will only work for a filesystem backup. bpbkar process is not used during Oracle restore.
Have dba's and sysadmins checked system resources? Oracle SGA memory, shared memory, etc?
