Re IP my master server?

Howdy Y'all,
I noticed a previous thread regarding re-iping a Windows master server without any major issues as long as all of the clients use name resolution.  (obviously) and I just want to verify that there are no additional "Gotchas" with the Solaris verision Netbackup 6.0 MP4 ( Solaris 9 ).

If anyone has gone through this or has any info I'd appreciate it.

you can change the hostname to, but you have to mod the bp.conf file, and mod the device files

Symantec or Veritas didnt want any one to know that you could, but I figured out that if they can do it and charge us to boot then I could do it.

Tried renaming and re-ip'ing, my master server got ticked off doing either.  Never did get it to work, but I didn't contact support about it either.
